Main uses: Filling gaps between the ceramic tiles of any types, in kitchens, showers, balconies, pools, bathrooms, or anywhere else tiles are applied. Fill also spaces/voids between mosaic tiles and glass facades of buildings, as an outer covering and floors. Intended for filling spaces/joints between 3-10 mm

The joint filler was designed according to Italian knowledge and capacity excellent workability, good resistance to water, yet enabling the transition of vapor through the material. Substrate Preparation: Substrate Preparation/ Preparing the grounds for:After applying the adhesive onto the tiles and laying the floor with them, it is advisable to wait 24 hours after the gluing of the tiles was performed. The clean the joints from dirt and dust, residue and the like. It is advisable to rinse and clean surfaces with a rag before applying the filler.
Preparation of the mixture : Mix 2.5-3 parts of CG2WA acrylic joint filler with 1 part of water until the mixture is thick and uniform liquid with no clumps, i.e. about 300 cc of water per 1 kg of powder. Wait about 5 minutes and mix again. Thereinafter it is ready for use.
Application instructions: It is best to fill in the most parts of the intervals/spaces with the acrylic filler by using a spatula (or small rubber wiper) and wiping in a diagonal direction of the spaces. Then wait about 20-30 minutes for the material to harden. Thereinafter can clean the joint filler residue with a sponge or cloth, however careful enough to not remove the fresh filler from the spaces. The joint filler should be moistened after 24 hours of application..
Other notes: Application of joint filler can be carried out only after the adhesive of the tiles is completely dry.
